We had a great one-night stay with excellent service and delicious food.

Credit card was charged with wrong amount when I saw bank information. Someone called our room and said our credit card didn't go through which resulted in someone stealing my information. Had to have been from someone in the hotel. My check-out statement for the room read $144.96, the bank information read $199.45.Since I had to cnacel my credit card how am I going to get my $54.99 ??? Called hotel explained what happened no one cared. There was a charge on my debit card for $21.80 for pizza we never charged. I'll never stay there or recommend your hotel to anyone. Total charm of ALL staff encountered. A special shout out to all employed here. Nothing was too much trouble. Shuttle transport to station. A complimentary cup of tea one afternoon whilst waiting pickup. Immediate assistance when pool restroom doors locked and fresh towels provided. Very comfortable room and bed. Good tv facility. Daily Room service perfect. Comfortable public rooms. Feeling of care as you enter the hotel. For future use, noted there was ample parking. Excellent pull up facility at hotel entrance for unload/loading.

Small niggle, but in a totally immaculate pool area, an on view floor height sink , close to the towel disposal baskets , presumably used for floor cleaning, was left looking "dirty" and uncared for. The rest of the pool area was immaculate. Complimentary wifi service very slow - in fact very few apps worked and I learned later that several fb messages had not got through. I guess my error in not using the daily charged service - on my return journey by amtrak back to niece, found the free wifi service on board downloaded much I had missed in my 5 days with you.

This place gave us a triple room with a queen-size bed, which we really enjoyed, the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful in answering questions and arranged a shuttle to the riverfront for us.

The rooms here are spotless, and they even leave chocolate-covered strawberries to snack on! 🍓 They provide great transportation services too. The breakfast spread is top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options available.

The staff at this hotel are outstandingly accommodating. The newly decorated hotel has a magnificent location, being so close to pharmacies, a gift shop for the entire building, and several good restaurants. I would happily return and appreciated my stay.

Cozy beds and central heating make for a comfy stay. You'll find a personal safe for your valuables and a TV with pay-per-view. The bedroom is large with an attached spacious bathroom 🛏️. Plus, there's a clean pool to enjoy during your stay.

We stood by the pool. We got woken up by the noise of the kids playing. Besides that I love the place, and yes I would stay again.

The toilet back up and the maintenance personnel were quick to respond and friendly. Beds were comfy, and the room was very clean.

Can spend the same amount of money at another location and have continental breakfast included. Didn't like the inconvenience of having to get my parking card stamped every time I went out. Staff didn't know how to handle cash when I went to pay. She insisted on a credit card. Luckily a manager was near by and able to figure it out.

Cozy, fresh rooms with comfy beds and a spotless pool. the room features climate control, pay-per-view TV, and a handy refrigerator — super practical! 🌟

The room was relaxing and fabulous with plenty of towels, and the transportation services were particularly nice.

Excellent service, excellent people and always willing to help. I will come here every single time I'm in the area. I've never stayed in a hotel with such great service. I genuinely appreciated it!!
